Vetted to the level the site needs
Not every cleaning role needs a DBS, but the right ones do, and knowing the difference is our job. Every worker is identity-checked and referenced; for care homes, schools and secure sites we add an enhanced DBS before the first shift. Workers in care settings understand colour-coded cleaning and COSHH basics, and kitchen assistants hold verified food hygiene certification. You get the vetting profile up front, matched to what your site actually requires.
The same faces, who know your building
A cleaner who knows your building is worth two who don’t. For regular schedules we build a small consistent team around your site and send the same people back, with cover arranged from the same pool when someone is away. One-off deep cleans and short-notice cover work the same way: tell us the job, we staff it, and your feedback decides who returns.
Questions, answered straight
Frequently asked questions
Do your cleaners have DBS checks?
Where the site needs it, yes: enhanced DBS for care homes, schools and secure sites, checked before the first shift and evidenced in the worker’s profile. For sites that don’t require one we don’t make you pay for vetting you don’t need.
Can you cover one-off jobs as well as regular schedules?
Both. A single deep clean, holiday and sickness cover, or a standing weekly schedule, the booking works the same way and there’s no minimum commitment.
Do kitchen assistants hold food hygiene certificates?
Yes, Level 2 food hygiene as standard, verified at registration, with allergen awareness. For care and school kitchens we add the enhanced DBS too.
